AJ Bell investor outlook survey 2025 prize draw

Terms and Conditions

1. The “prize” is £250 in John Lewis e-Vouchers.
2. To enter you must complete the survey at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/DodlInvestorOutlook2026/ by 5pm on 15 December 2025 and provide a valid email address.
3. This prize draw is for existing AJ Bell customers only.
4. Only one entry per customer.
5. There will be one winner.
6. The winner will be chosen at random from completed surveys and will be notified by email using the email address provided as part of the survey and/or phone. If we do not receive a response from the winner within seven working days, we reserve the right to choose an alternative winner.
7. AJ Bell accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
8. The prize draw may be withdrawn amended, cancelled or suspended at any time.
9. AJ Bell will not be held liable if any unforeseen event means that we are unable to fulfil this prize. In this event, no compensation will be made.
10. Use of the voucher is subject to the voucher provider’s terms and conditions.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. By participating in the prize draw all participants agree that AJ Bell won’t be liable for any costs, expenses, loss or damage sustained or incurred by any participant with regards to the prize.
13. All our existing product terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions specific to this prize draw.
14. Employees of AJ Bell, its affiliated companies, their advertising agencies, and immediate families of any such employees are not eligible for the prize draw.
15. You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK to take part in the prize draw.
16. By participating in the prize draw, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
17. The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The Promoter of this prize draw is AJ Bell Securities Limited and is referred to in these terms and conditions as “AJ Bell”. The Promoter’s principal place of business is at 4 Exchange Quay, Salford Quays, Manchester, M5 3EE. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, change the period for which the prize draw will be available and the Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw these terms without prior notice. The Promoter may exclude anyone from participation anyone who we believe to be taking unfair advantage of the scheme.
