Strive Insight Ltd trading as Radius EMEA ("Radius EMEA") free prize draw

Enter our free prize draw to WIN one of four prizes (the “Prize Draw”)

1. When entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”).

Eligibility

2. Only current customers of Dodl AJ Bell who have personally been invited to take part in the survey and have opted-in are considered eligible to complete the survey and enter the Prize Draw and any other entries received will not be included in the prize draw. All persons entering the Prize Draw must be over the age of 18 years. If the winner is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.
3. Radius EMEA assume (and you warrant) that by entering for the promotion you have legal capacity to enter the promotion and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”).

Timing

4. The Prize Draw will close at 12pm on Saturday 1 November 2025. Radius EMEA reserves the right to alter the date the draw closes, disqualify late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid entries.

The Prize Draw

5. The promoter of the prize draw is Radius EMEA: 94 Webber Street, London, SE1 0QN.
6. Entry to the Prize Draw is subject to the completion of the Radius EMEA Survey and the submission of a valid email address.

How to Enter

7. One entry per person only.
8. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the Survey and submit a valid email address.
9. The terms and conditions will be available via emailing surveyhelp@radiusinsights.com.
10. Entries must be made personally. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

Selection of Winner

11. The winners of the Prize Draw will be chosen at random from the email addresses submitted having completed the Survey and provided their name and email address. The Prize Draw will be held on Monday 3 November 2025 and the winners will be notified within a week. The winners of the prize will be notified by email.
12. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Legal review is excluded.

The Prize

13. The four winners will receive one of the following prizes each – 1 x £150, 1 x £100, 2 x £50. In the event of the prize being unavailable Radius EMEA reserve the right to supply an alternative prize without notice.

General

14. Radius EMEA are the data processors, and all data responses will be anonymised, and no individual will be identified. Any personal data (e.g., email address) will be processed for the sole purposes of notifying the prize winners. 15. By taking part in this Prize Draw the winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity organised in connection with this promotion.
16. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. Prizes may take up to 30 days for delivery from the day at which Radius EMEA receive the winner’s contact details. If a winner has not claimed their prize within seven days of receiving notification of winning, Radius EMEA reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award the prize to another participant.
17. To request the name of the Prize draw winner, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Radius EMEA: 94 Webber Street, London, SE1 0QN.
18. Radius EMEA accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize.
19. Radius EMEA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud).
20. Radius EMEA shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
21. These T&Cs are governed by English law.
